Great Visit to Pat's Trains

On the home stretch of a cross country drive from San Francisco to Washington DC Metro area, we stopped at Pat's Trains in Wheeling, Wv around lunch time. What a great store. Pat is great to talk to and as nice as they could come. George the bird didn't have much to say but we really enjoyed a visit to Pat's trains - even my not really into trains Uncle, who was along for the long car ride enjoyed it. 

 

I felt it was appropriate to pick up a western freight car from Pat. If you are in the area, make sure you visit Pat's store. He has a TON of merchandise and is overall great to visit with.

Mark, Let me know when you plan to go.  We can meet up and make the trip together.  Or, you could stop by the house (I'm on the way to Pat's), have lunch or something, and then go to Pat's.
