Bought a 4 pack of the flat cars, the military panel trucks and the truck and trailer. Everything is fine but one of the flats has a problem with a truck (the piece that triggers the coupler is off floating lose in the box, not sure how to remount it initial attempts were fruitless.). I submitted a request immediately (Friday) and have yet to hear anything. Something else I need to do?

Usually customer service is pretty quick to respond but I would be happy to help out. Which flatcar has the coupler issue?

We've found that email is the best method to contact us, especially for train stuff. The reason I say this is because when you send an email, customer service makes sure it is answered by the appropriate person or persons. This ensures that the question is answered to the best of our ability.
