Hello:

I am trying to get a horse corral (came with the PWC Hudson Set) to work with a TMCC ASC. I wired it as I thought it should work but the horse car never vibrates or opens the doors and the corral vibrates light without being selected (7 vac) and vibrates strong (13 vac) when selected. Does anyone have a horse corral working with the ASC?

Thanks,

Steve

Do you the have manual for the set?

You need the activator rails contactor for the track or an OTC wired for external voltage. I would find the voltage that operates the car and use the adjustment screw to tame or excite the corral. (11-14 volts)

Using a fixed voltage source and wiring the ASC as a switch in place of the corral switch. (Corral instructions in set manual and page 10 or 11 in ASC manual)

There's some tuning that must be done once you find a good voltage.

It's always good to provide a diagram to your scheme with a question like this. We can't tell how it's wired and what to possibly check. Sketch it on paper and take a photo and attach it.
