I’m Stumped.  What is this locomotive?

I recently purchased a Lionel #618 AT&SF steam locomotive with a 2046W tender at an online auction.  It is a 2-8-4  postwar Berkshire, but I can’t find it in any reference material.  To me it looks to be a 726 or 736, but it is clearly marked 618 and labeled as A.T.&S.F. (Atchison, Topeka and Santa Fe Railway).  On closeup examination the locomotive number (618) and AT&SF logo appear to be decals.  I don't think it has magnetraction, so with the 2046W tender I assume it is a 726RR, but I am not positive since many of the locomotives I bought from this auction had no tender or clearly the wrong tender.

Looking at the attached pictures, can anybody tell me what this locomotive is?

What is the easiest way to determine if it has magnetraction?

Thanks

Kevin

P.S. -  I have no idea why somebody painted the inside of the cab turquoise!?
