Ah yes, another "collectable" from our friendly neighborhood junk monger. $19.99 each plus $6.99 s&h for a total of $26.98 per.
If someone thinks they're attractive and like them as decoration,(the artwork's not too bad for partial locomotives) by all means buy them. Just don't count on them being an investment. Plate collecting died a sudden death well over a decade ago.
