Intersting West Virginia Railroad and Branch...

First, I am curious about the low density NS line through Charleston WV. How many trains use this and what line is it? was it ever CTC with double track? Also, further Southeast of Charleston there is a branch that splits from this NS line and winds all over the place..through some very beautiful land, passes near White Oak...and continues on. The tracks look very well-maintained. What line is this and what traffic?
