Is Conrail freight car red same as PRR Tuscan?

I have a bunch of HC1 hoppers I want to decorate for Conrail. I was wondering how close is the Conrail red to PRR Tuscan or should I be using zinc chromate or freight car red? Thanks in advance for your assistance in this matter.

I'm not a PRR expert but the tuscan was usually applied to passenger equipment. Freight was painted something called "freight car red". This color varied over the years. Try the PRR historical society as I'm certain they would have info on this.
