IT's TEAM TRACK TUESDAY!!!!   Team tracks are a vital part of day to day railway operations.  Team tracks are found in remote rural areas, small towns, and large cities.   Most all types of freight cars can be off/on loaded on team tracks.   MOW equipment and some passenger head end equipment can also be on/off loaded on team tracks.

It's apple season! Today on the Free State Junction's Mountain Division's whistle stop village of Ludanlil's team track, a White House Apples reffer is about to be loaded with barrels of fresh apples.  These apples will be transported to large markets in cities throughout out the east.  The apple inspector says that there is not one bad apple in these barrels.  Hopefully none will spoil in transit.

Share your railroad's team track photos here!!   All team track photos from layouts be they museum quality detailed, or a simple oval of tin plate track with undesignated siding ( usually a team track  or public delivery track )  are welcome.  The purpose of this thread is to inspire one another and to keep our layouts fresh by regularly changing our team track scene, just as the real railroad does.   Have a wonderfully fun and creative week!  See you next Tuesday on the TEAM TRACK!

Fabulous photos, information, and humor this week on the TEAM TRACK!!!

Brian - thanks for the " team track " crossing photo!!  AND thanks for the loading dock schematic with real RR photos too!!  Your side by side gantry cranes look pretty cool!!

Mark - I must agree with Lou ... absolutely wonderful color on those slabs!!! WOW!!!  Great scene as always too!!  I especially like the lighting of the scene for the camera.

ED - Welcome to the TEAM TRACK and thanks for the absolutely fabulous photos of your team track!!! WOW!!!  Those line up of trucks really do bring a lot of energy off those photos. I like the arrangement of the figures too.   BRAVO on a job well done!!!  I hope to see more of your team track photos show up here on this thread on Tuesdays!

Tim - very nice photo of your club layout!!   The siding of freight cars have that "waiting to be loaded" look about them

See you all next Tuesday on the TEAM TRACK!!  Have a fun and creative week!!

I woke long before dawn. I was out of milk, and ended up looking at the old milk shoot door wishing it still had a use.

I also thought about that one guy that used to get to be first to arrive, daily, no matter the job. Before I made my way to Wallyworld in the dark I knew this guy would have already arrived and would've be loaded and delivering before I got home again.
