"HONGZ" stands for HO scale, N scale, G scale, and Z scale.

Post your non-O scale stuff here!

I have wanted a Hartland locomotive for years but they are so elusive...I had started to wonder if they actually made trains.  Finally I was able to place a pre-order for the General and it was well worth the wait.  Just some quick lid off photos for now.  I am drawn to the fact that these are made in the USA from Kalamazoo tooling bashed with some Delton parts.  As a kid I always wanted one of those colorful Kalamazoo sets but my parents would never let me have one!  With that said why doesn't Hartland offer the decorated W&A cars and perhaps some reissues of the Kalamazoo coaches?

Michael: What is the approximate scale of your attractive new General?

G Gauge   ...  LGB compatible other than LGB is narrow gauge.  I will post a video as soon as I have a layout up of G.  I had some LGB that was packed away.  I wanted to grab this loco while it was a new release as Hartland must make very small runs of their product.
