I bought a Golden Glow led from Lionel, and I wanted to put it in my porter, but I cannot figure out how to get the old headlight out. Can anyone point me in the right direction?

You have to remove the headlight lens, and it's sometimes a bit tricky to get out. Try a sharp knife X-acto blade to work it out from the side. Once you get the lens out, it's easy to insert the new LED.
