K-Line SP E9

I recently purchased a set of K-Line E9s on Ebay. They were something I didn't really want but I couldn't pass up on the price. Once I received them, I was very impressed with the detailing and the pulling power of these locomotives. I am definitely keeping them, but the manual was not included in the box, everything else was (even the original shipping carton). I have spent some time trying to find the manual for these on the internet, but I haven't been able to. The E9s were not on the Lionel website. Does anyone have a copy or know where I can get a copy of this manual at? If not, where do you add the smoke fluid at on these things?
