Legacy upgrades

Hi guys got a question do any of you think its possible to put a legacy sound broad into a mth railking sd70ace i know you can do a tmcc upgrade and if your wondering why i looking into getting legacy for my home layout so insted of buying legacy engines i minght update some to legacy

Possibly but money wise buying a legacy engine would be a much better choice. chief

I'd be pretty happy if I could even get RailSounds 5 boards with the better audio, but so far Lionel only sells TMCC/RS4 for upgrades. This is one reason I started moving over to MTH, there is a better variety of sound packages for PS2 stuff.

What is your problem with the current sounds, just like the Legacy better? FWIW, I think the Legacy stuff has the best sound currently, so I wouldn't be surprised if you have come to the same conclusion.

I also hate to pick nits here but "upgrading an engine to Legacy" means buying a different engine. Unless something recent has happened, Lionel does not offer Legacy upgrade boards.
