Lionel 6-31918 4-6-4 Loco

JTDOGR Forum Member DIGITAL SUBSCRIBER

I have a Lionel 6-31918 Loco with a mechanical smoke unit. The issue is that the smoke lever is not engaged with the drive mechanism. I checked the parts break down of a similar unit and I can not find the part that is missing to correct this. Any help or a photo showing how the smoke mechanism operates would be appreciated
