Price is $349.99 for a LionChief PLUS 2.0 loco, LC remote, 5 cars, track, and power supply.
The price on pages 72-73 for the loco alone is $249.99.
Has anyone heard if the price and description of the set is correct?
If so, it is a great set for the price.
My grandson would certainly enjoy it.

I have no insight on pricing (other than what the catalog says), but I think there’s a typo in there. If that set is indeed Lion Chief 2.0 it should not come with a “LC remote” as listed. Remotes only come with plain vanilla LC and LC+.

The price is correct. However there is a misprint in the catalog for these three LC2 sets which we have communicated out to the dealers - they do not include track, power or remote. (As LC2, you can run them with the Universal Remote, Cab 1, Cab 1L, Cab 2, the free app downloaded on the device of your choice, or a conventional transformer.)

Still a good price for a nice set with great play value (for kids and adults).
Forgive me for asking. Given the error, what features does the engine have? And how many cars is is expected to pull?
That is a nice looking set. LC plus, very cool, I seldom see that in a set.
