I ran into a problem today and thought I would see if anyone has had a similar problem before I call Lionel tomorrow.

My LCS wifi is connected to my Legacy base.  It is setup as BASE and ACCESS POINT.  It had been working correctly.  When I tried to connect to it today, I connected my iPad wfi to the LCS base but notice a very weak signal.  The Lionel LCS app will not connect saying that there is no wifi connection (the indicator at the top left flashes between red and green).

I reset the wifi module and checked the switches.  The red LED comes on then off, as expected.  The green LED blinks, as expected, but even after I connect the iPad or my iPhone, the green LED continues to blink (it should stay on).

Any ideas?

Perhaps there is some interference in the frequency range your WiFi module is using. Has a new cordless phone or WiFi video camera been installed recently? Is there a neighbor nearby that just brought a new network on-line? I'd check it again later and see if there is a change. Also, it is possible to change the channel on your LCS WiFi module, which might help.
