There was a lot more variety in the scale size cars than in the 6", but still some very attractive cars. The Santa Fe seemed to have a few more variations than the others. More will show up when I get to sets.
Do you have all these Marx trains you're sharing photos of displayed? They are so colorful I can imagine how great they would look on rows of shelves.
Joe, yes these are from my collection. I could only dream of having enough room to display them all. They have been displayed at one time, but now are in boxes being as I have to rotate what is out. Add about 24 boxed sets to this mix.
I declined to purchase one of the 20th Century Limited sets when I had the chance because I thought most of the consist was pretty bland and the green Reading boxcar seemed out of place. Really, really regretting that decision now.
