Menards just started releasing some of their O scale buildings now in HO. I am going to email Mark the "Menards" guy about doing some in S. I have 3 of their O scale ones and they are pretty cool and keep coming out with interesting new ones it seems every few months.
If they are willling to risk doing track, cars, and buildings in O and are getting a good response - then trying HO makes some sense (IMHO).
But I know we are a much smaller market.
River Leaf models is willing to consider making some of his kits in S if you ask Andre. I have a couple already - but haven't assembled one yet.
