I picked up a Lionel B unit. Overall look is fine by me. The biggest difference I see is the stripes along the bottom of the bodies are different sizes.

It would be great if someone could put up a 10 second video, demonstrating how the horn/bell or whatever sounds when the train is sitting still, and when it is running.

Looks nice, Steve!  Those Menards units were really getting a workout.  1) were you using the Menards handheld remotes? &  2) How did you get the trailing unit to run in reverse?

I have to use 2 remotes to do it. One is in forward, the other in reverse.

My biggest complaint with the Lionel B unit was color. It was an older unit and seemed to have yellowed a bit with age.
