Does anyone know how to contact "Mark The Train Guy" at Menards?

No direct access. As Menards has said repeatedly, all private inquiries should be directed at guest@menard-inc.com.
Or, if it is forum related for all to read, you can get Mark’s attention the same way you direct a notification at any forum member, with the “at” sign and his or her forum name. In this case, @Menards.
Does anyone know why the turbines on top of Menards hotel don't rotate? Is there a sensible way to see if the related power wire is disconnected?
For questions regarding their "trains" it would be nice if we had a phone number to call or a e-mail address as to were we could send our questions.
Email is guest@menard-inc.com. I have used it for both train and regular Menards customer service needs.
As has been stated repeatedly, Menards is a huge home improvement company producing trains as a owner-inspired sideline. So a separate phone number for the handful of train customers who might want to call isn’t considered a priority for such a mass-market company, especially under the previously stated directive that the train line must not interfere with Menards’ primary business operations.

There is a distribution board in the base of the building. It is tough to get to. I snipped the wires to the motor because the motor sound was annoying, then I saw the board.
I also reached in and pulled out half the led strips. The thing had enough LEDs to light up the room!
Thank you Jim R.
