Great pictures, Pete.

Here are a couple I took of some of the crowds.

as usual some booths were so packed that it was hard to get in.  Examples were: Lionel, MTH, Atlas, Woodland Scenics, Scenery Express, Tchy Train Group, and etc.

Here are a few pictures of scenery on a super HO layout at the show.

A super event.  I never saw so many trains in one place in my life.  Especially loved the Midwest TCA 3 rail layout.  The huge G gauge layout spread out on the floor made my knees hurt thinking about what it took to set it up and then again to take it down.  Even some trolley layouts running off the overhead wire.  It's a long way from home so I may not go again but I'm sure glad I went once.

Gotta love the burning house! I can’t get enough of that scene and neither can the crowd.

Art and Jeff, I’m always amazed at how many people stop and check it out. You’ve probably seen it too where someone is at a show because of their kids/grandkids and just going through the motions. Then they see the fire trucks and smoke and their face lights up. Next their phone comes out and the photos and videos are taken!!

We made up there late on Saturday and stayed till the end at 5. The crowd was still a good size and several vendors I spoke with were pleased with the sales they had made.

We were going to make an evening stop at the Lionel Club after the show but our little guys had no more fuel in the tank

Always a fun trip for our household and a great way to kick off basement train season here in the Midwest!
