MTH 4-4-0 American: Wireless tether? Turns?

Hi, the 20-3391 MTH 4-4-0 looks like it has a wireless tether but there's no mention of it in the catalog. Anybody know? Also, the dimensions are only partially listed (3 and something by 2 and something, etc). Does anyone know the dimensions? How does it handle around tight curves, like 36-inch; it's listed at 42-inch minimum, but it seems like those two drivers could manage something tighter than 42.

It's PS3, so should not have a tether.
