I've used both of those and the Z-Stuff relay (DZ-1070). All three worked worked well. They all have pots for sensitivity and length of time the n/o stays on after the train passes. I've had issues occasionally with some of all three manufacturers while others have been working for years with no problem. I think it's the luck of the draw with the run it was manufactured in.
