I received my MTH Rugged Rails PS 3 steamer back from MTH repair dept. Sending it to them cost only $ 29.02

It now runs fine - thet installed a NEW wireless drawbar and a o/s board in the tender. THEIR prepaid postage back to me was $ 38.55 (no charge to me)

Thanks again MTH Service and a thank you to Midge in parts for my lite bulbs
