I've been seeing the same thing for days now.

 

I know they are to get a new web site and I wish they would hurry up and get it done instead of just talking about it.

 

All you get from them is lip service.

Same here. I assume it may be related to updating the site(s) with product information from the various new catalogs and the associated tie-in with dealers’ preorders and  inventory.

I attempted to use it yesterday with similar results. I'm using a MAC and it was a no-go. I assume it may be undergoing updates or other work. 

When I tried to renew my club membership with mth on line, I got a warning from my system that the web site was a security risk.........

I just tried it, & it works fine for me..

It’s still down eddie,  so not quite sure what you’re referring to. We’re talking about the “Find It” feature on the Product Locator that takes you to MTH dealers and their inventories.

I just ried to renew my membership a few minutes ago and again I got the notice that the renewal site has lost it's security certiciation to proceed at my own risk

MTH is in the proceSs of transitioning to a new Internet service provider. We will have the product locator up and running this afternoon.

Yes... I've been encountering the same problem with the "Find It" function for a few days now.  Sent in a note on their contact form, but all appears to be well now.

 

That's really a handy feature that you quickly miss just when you "need" it.

I called MTH yesterday and was told that that particular server fried and they were working on it

 

I don't know.  I just tried searching for the latest Premier VO-1000 PRR that I've had pre-ordered for close to a year now and it didn't come up.  When I opened the search up to only Premier diesels, they only had stuff from the 90's.  Maybe not all data has been transitioned?

I just tried it with a good number of RS3 locomotives (just as an example) and it worked just fine.

The Product Locator is not working for me, (works sometimes) about 3 weeks now.  Turned off pop up blocker and still no go.  The site give an error message :  the apache solr search engine is not available>  Using Firefox, just tested in Explorer and it works, so must be a Firefox problem as they updated awhile ago to v 12

I just tried it and it worked or me. I used the new Pennsylvania VO-1000 and seven dealer names came up plus it also stated MTH still has it in stock.

Just went onto the site and for the fifth time in as many days, tried to download Proto 4.0. No sir, Mike say's, not today. HMMM, it is advertised as free, isn't it? Oh Well.
