As you all know, about three weeks ago Nassau Hobby Center launched a new website. It has been a nightmare.
Basically we went with the newest version of the e-commerce software we use. This version was a complete new rewrite of the system.
We has SO many issues:
-Inventory not updating correctly
-Orders not completing
-Email notification problems
-Etc...
Over the past week I made the decision to roll back to the latest "Stable" version of their earlier product.
This site JUST went live.
This should solve the issues we were seeing these past few weeks.
** The only issue to our customers is that you WILL have to create new user accounts (New usernames and passwords) on the new website. **
****(Your Past Orders and Pre-Orders are in our books and are not lost on our end, DON'T WORRY)****
Also functionality that was missing in the new version is back.
-Wish Lists
-Newsletters
-Etc...
You will also see some nice new functions built into the new version of the software compared to our old site.
