need help with issue

Sometimes the site goes down due to a system crash, or maintenance. But, I don't remember a thread or a post being lost because of it.

I have seen threads vanish because of excessive political content, or a non-hobby related but inflammatory subject. Is that the possible cause for it's demise? Sometimes it could have nothing to do with what you said or the intent of the posted topic, but we have been known to go off the deep end from time to time.

$oo - I had the same thing happen to me. I guess it was a quick trial run or a mistake.

Yes, I had the same thing pop up for me for a brief while yesterday (I was at home for the afternoon). Only lasted a short time. Might have been the result of Rich doing a practice run or some such. He was at the office yesterday and sometimes like to experiment with things.

Thanks for letting me know it wasn't a computer problem. I thought maybe I had entered the twilight zone ha ha.
