Need help with unidentified Dallee sound system. | O Gauge Railroading On Line Forum

OK, here is a picture of what is in the tender of the T1. This a Fine Art Models loco. and has evidently an older Dallee system and I need help to identify it and also want to know if there is likely another board in the engine. In the tender there are two boards stacked on one another. The numbers on the boards are 583 and the top one is 584. I don't know what they do, but I tried to get a schematic and some info. from Dallee and even looked in their older section and found nothing that looked like these cards. I assume that there is another card in the loco, but I don't know. I will eventually have to open the engine up, I hate to but that is what I will have to do. I will say that opening the tender was easy, just eight small screws. I hope the engine is as easy. If anyone here has any info. I would appreciate it. I have also sent an email to Dallas at Dallee and haven't heard yet. I was told that this system was upgraded, but from what? Thank you, Bob.

That's got to be a real antique, it looks like it was all hand taped! I'd shoot an email to Dallee, I've never seen that one.

I can read the date-code on 3 of the IC chips in photo: 1 from 1991, 2 from 1992. So I'm guessing early 1990's...
