Need Lionel 6-12754, Section G - just one piece | O Gauge Railroading On Line Forum

Hi,

I called Joe's Train Shop in Feasterly, PA, and Train Land in Lynbrook, NY. Neither place had, or could sell me, one piece of Section G, Lionel graduated trestle set 6-12754, in brown. I just need the one piece. Does anyone know where I might be able to buy one? Or even better, does anyone have one laying around that they could sell to me?

Check ebay. I see a lot of people breaking sets and selling the pieces.

I don't have any section G, but in looking at what I had the following comes to mind:

If you have a section taller than G can you cut the bottom off and jury-rig a way to fasten it down?
