New LC+ RS-3 Locomotive, repaired twice, still not working, returned scratched up on latest repair.

After a bad experience i had, my first question would be-  "Are you sure it's the same loco you sent" ?

I would put three or four dots with a felt pen on the inside of the shell and take a picture. If it comes back without the dots you know you got another engine back. Don

I had the same thought - is that yours??

Would seem more likely/easier to mix them up than to just beat yours up. Unless you sent it to a chain saw repair station. No offense to the chain saw fans.

I do that with not only trains, but anything that is leaving my possession since i had that happen to me..

Especially with the auction site, I have had a person ship me back an item that was not the one I sent them...... Hmmm!

It's sad that people can be so careless, or just plain dishonest when dealing with the public. If you can't do something ether learn how or just find something your good at.
