Great video.  My challenge on my 12983 unloader is resetting the large gear in the proper position inside the gear box.  There must be a specific spot for the "block" on the gear to be when the magnet is fully retracted.  Otherwise the string does not fully extend to pick up a culvert and does not fully retract to get the culvert to the ramp.

I'm glad to see that they post videos on their accessories, unfortunately, in the video, even the Lionel employee couldn't get the unloader to work properly, pretty sad.

I don't think I'll be rushing to get one after watching it.

I think they have a bit more work to do.

thanks for posting Mike,  minor tweaking we can handle, I still have my unloader in the box and am now looking forward to setting it up. 
The loader tip on the photo eye was just what I was looking for.
