Great video! Sounds and looks great! I believe the prototype of this engine has the number boards that have the different number commemoratiing the anniversary, does this engine have them?

Nice video and glad you posted. I just got the latest version of the Bush 4141 at York and noticed that the sound file was a little different but exactly like yours. Love the operation of the engine. Nice pickup.
Is there a problem? I can't get it to run past about30 seconds and it freezes?
Very nice engine, the sounds are great !!!

Bill, unfortunately this engine does not have the different number boards like the prototype did it just has the 1030 number boards only.
I just got mine a week ago, I love it. The engine in terms of sounds and lights are awesome. MTH didn't let you down in terms of internals.
Now it's time to rant. The big elephant in the room is how MTH can't seem to get the darn PTC antenna on top of the cab right. It's kind of the reason I purchased this version or at least I hoped. They got it right on the heritage units but why not these models? I don't get it. I have a pic of both my NS 1035 and SA 1065 below just for comparison.
It just bugs my how their quality control on this model was absolutely horrible and I usually love all the MTH models. I understand that they use the same mold in most cases, BUT IT'S NOT A BNSF OR UNION PACIFIC SD70ACe, IT'S NORFOLK SOUTHERN!!! My guess is that they rushed the product again just to please the customers, again. It's great that MTH is getting the products out fast but they can't just neglect the one thing that is important: QUALITY CONTROL!! I just hope that this doesn't happen to my ES44AC or I'm really going to have to email MTH about their quality control issues. Other than that a good engine besides those issues.
Both my NS 1035 and SA 1065 SD70ACe (notice the cab roof antenna difference)

The incorrect white stripe (too thin and misplaced) and lack of DuLux gold color in trim and numbering on the MTH S&A Heritage still drive me nuts.

I don't care for the horn but congrats and nice engine!
Great model and start up warning sounds!
I own # 1030 and concur with the antennae issue. Has anyone been able to obtain the correct parts and replace the antennae? If so, was it necessary to repaint the cab roof or does the white one come off easily enough to avoid this? I’m also looking to replace the cab window shades with full-length versions.
