Welcome Terry, always room for new blood.
Another welcome for you, Terry. I also like the B&O.
Welcome to the forum. I am in about the same situation as you and of similar age. Got back in the hobby in 2011 when I was forced into early retirement due to some health issues. I also had an uncle with a layout in the basement that would never run his trains, always had some reason they couldn't be run when I asked to see them run. I would have given anything to see that layout in operation, but never did. I think that was some of the motivation to get me back in the hobby.
This is definitely the BEST place for O gauge information anywhere and learning about the hobby. There are so many knowledgeable folks here and it's just a great place. I have really learned a LOT here and I'm sure you will too. Everyone is also very willing to help out when they can. Hope you enjoy your visits here as much as I do. Good luck.

Welcome Terry, from an "also" newbie. Without this forum I wouldn't know 90% of what I know. Don't be afraid to ask because these good folks will share. That's what the word "hobby" means, to me.
