Today was a grand day. Around 1 PM I received an email from heritageunits.com informing me that the Norfolk Southern Office Car Special (OCS) was heading east out of Sandusky, OH. I immediately grabbed all of my camera equipment and headed the best place in town to catch trains at Crosse RD in Amherst, OH. Two minutes later the beautifully restored EMD F7 ABBA unit set charged through with 15 passenger coaches. According to a fellow railfan on the scene, click here for his fantastic Instagram feed, the train was carrying UPS executives who were on a tour of the NS system as they are now contracting with NS instead of CSX.

Many more freight trains followed the appearance of the OCS which will be featured in an upcoming video!
