Great episode!   Roger and TW TrainWorx's traingineers are so talented and creative.  Roger's philosophy regarding getting kids involved with the hobby is right on.  He get's it.  I always find meeting and talking with Roger to be so invigorating and refreshing.  I spent a weekend with Traindame and Roger representing the LCCA during the San Mateo WGHOT show.  We had a Blast!   The LCCA mini-layout which was designed and built by TW TrainWorx attracted a crowd of kids of all ages all weekend long.  Roger showed the kids how to operate the transformers, and then left them alone to enjoy their first experience with operating Lionel toy trains.  It was quite magical.

Thanks guys for the kind words. I agree Al, that Roger is right on about how to get kids into this hobby. It's guys like him that will be the ones to pass the torch to the next generation. I really had a good conversation with him and I can assure you I will have him on the show again in the future. 

I haven't listened to it yet but will have it on during my commute to work tomorrow for sure.  Thank you for putting out a great podcast!
