Thanks Rich but why would my OGR private messages be in my email spam folder? I get my alerts on the forum.
There is a list on the forum header above my name that has a drop-down with My Profile, My Settings, Pending Posts, Alerts and Sign Out. This is where the private message used to live and it has now missing. Can you send me a private message?
My mistake. I thought you meant alerts.
Did your digital subscription expire? Private messaging is available only to digital subscribers. I don’t see the red “Digital “Subscriber” badge on your post.

My digital subscription expires in July...unless there is an error in the system.
Your digital subscription expired last month (November 2022). Here's a screen grab from our subscription management app. That's why the PM's stopped working for you.
You renewed for one year in July 2021. Log into your subscription account and you can see the details. When you get there, click that RENEW button and you'll be back in business.

I have automatic renewals, and it said it is renewed until July 2023, so I don't understand....
As you can see from that image, the Automatic Renewal is turned OFF.

If you renewed your digital subscription, you will get them back. However it appears you have used two different email addresses between here and your subscription account. That slows down the whole process.

- Choose which email address you want to use.
- Edit your profile here or at SmpleCirc and change the email address on the account to match the other one.
- DONE!
I do not understand the instructions. When I GOP into my account, I only see the email address I have used since the beginning.
You have an account here on the forum using one email address. That address is public and it is trainhead - at - sbcglobal.net.
Your subscription account at SimpleCirc uses a different email address. Both are at sbcglobal.net, but the first part of the addresses are different. You should change one of them to match the other, so they are both the same.
