When I first saw this thread topic, and the price, I thought it might be about one of the Pullman-bodied autos from the early 1920's, such as a Packard, but not so.

Oh, yeah... Just call up your friendly neighborhood shunting locomotive to move your car anywhere you desire!
Assuming the car was up to snuff to be moved on its own wheels, I wonder how well that custom interior would hold up?

Yes, indeed, it is the old dilemma of being financially able to buy it vs being financially able to own it.
It is obviously a conversion by someone unfamiliar with railroad equipment. I noted with horror the use of an Incinolet toilet. Railroaders - except those of you on the N&W - will remember that these were tried in the 1970's when straight-through hoppers were first outlawed, and they were disastrous failures. For those without personal experience, the name says it all. The device boils and burns human waste, supposedly venting the smoke and fumes through a duct. They failed to perform as intended, and, if "flushed", required at least 30 minutes to complete a cycle and cool down enough to be used again without giving yourself a steam vapor treatment. And they always smelled sour, requiring stick air fresheners to be placed in the toilet compartment of every locomotive.
In a home on wheels? Ick.
