Have you tried MTH or Weaver or Lionel, as one of the major companies might produce something in cog railways.

Anyway, cog railways are not the mainline run anymore and you may have to even go to ebay or www.choochooauctions.com to find something. Another good place to look is at train shows or sales.

A little FYI, Pennsylvania RR used a cog line on a steap hill near Reading PA called Mount Penn, sometime around the 1930's, if I have the time correct.
