Those are some nice photos, would look good hanging on your wall. Love the winter scene and the 2 trains facing each other. Thanks for taking my suggestion to take pictures with your phone so we could enjoy them.
I have seen some other photos of that Durand junction, without that much traffic...
would have liked to have seen some more photos of that copper mill and the Copper
Range RR.
Your welcome Dave
I appreciate you helping. I have done that before. Don't know where my brain was, so once again thank you

Thats all the photos I have. I do have the name of the engineer of the locomotive that is stuck in the snow.

Thanks for posting the ols pictures. Some looked like they could have been from the old Michigan Central. The last picture looked like the gongola was a HTW/CN Style but I could not tell for sure.
Hey Popsrr
If you click on the small pictures on the bottom of post, what I know about them is on the top of each photo. I don't know how to put captions in the photo's in main body of post.

I thank you again. I guess I just think to logical, I type in below each photo where the box is, that says caption. To me that is logical if I post one picture that is where the caption goes. But this is computer and none of the buttons mean what they are labeled and it's in a different language.
Thanks again for your help

Clem, those are some great photos. Thanks for sharing them with us .

clem, it sure doesn't make sense, does it? You'd think a caption would show up above or below the picture, but it's technically just an "alternate phrase" that gets displayed when you mouse over the thumbnail and it doesn't only apply to pictures.
Cool photos! I especially like the photos of the copper road in the UP; one of my great-grandfathers worked for the Quincy Mine in Hancock, "above ground", as my grandmother took pains to say.
Awesome photos. It's amazing what you can find at garage sales.
Thanks for sharing.

Thanks for posting these! I love the one of the Durand station and all the trains. Interested in selling that one? I would love to have it in my train room. I also can offer up a trade with several photos that I have taken.
Beautiful photos and such a great find. Love the NYC dbl header.
