I assume from the large red "V" I viewed when I went to the website that Olson Displays has gone extinct? Any info?

Brian Olson makes (made) landscape displays and tunnels similar to the felt or fiber tunnels that Lionel made in the 1930's such as the 123, etc. They are very brightly colored.
I have two curved ones, myself. One is a bit larger than a 123, and the other is about the same size. They are very nice. Brian also makes (made) other stuff as well, such as plots, etc...
That's too bad. Brian was a great guy and an artisan. He made me a custom tunnel for my layout which was outstanding. i wanted him to make another item for me, but I guess it's not going to happen now.
Very sorry to hear that Olson Displays has gone out of busines. When Olson Displays first went into business I asked Brian if he could develop a custom felt mountain with three tunnels for use on a 4'X4' SGMA corner module. I wanted him to develop a design that woulld collapse to facilitate transport to/from SGMA's train shows. Brian developed some interesting preliminary concepts involving hinged wooden frames, which when erected would stretch the painted felt into a mountain with up to three tunnels. I now regret not having him develop his concept further into an actual prototype. It could have made a great SGMA module.

I`ve been trying to get to OLSON DISPLAYS for almost a year and can only find his Blog-spot, with no activity on it...
Sad to see him go. I was interested in the big curved tunnel for my layout. It has a big naked spot under the shelves
Brian,
Sorry to hear about your son, but glad to hear he is coming along and beating the odds! I will keep your son and family in my prayers.
