Hi,

I'm posting this here to hopefully get the attention of someone from @Menards because I haven't heard back from their customer support representatives after contacting them on their website.

I ordered a bunch of 3-rail tubular O gauge track and instead of getting a box of 24 x 30" straight pieces, I got 1 straight piece and that's it.  I put in a help ticket on the Menard's website on Friday and not a peep since.  I'm not sure where to call since the order was placed online - there doesn't seem to be a corporate contact number.

The order number is: MCOM35799303 which I re-checked and I did pay for a whole case of straights - not just 1 piece.

Thanks

Interesting.  I have ordered several cases of various track from them.  They all arrived in what seems to be factory shipped boxes.  Remove the cardboard top and sides and you have a shelf ready display box.  Never received any “hand picked” pieces.  My guess is someone just screwed up when they pulled the item and thought it was one piece rather than one case.  They have been good from my view so far so I would expect they will make it right.  Good luck.

I just wanted to post an update.  I did finally hear back from Menard's about the missing case of track and they promptly shipped it out.  I received it yesterday.

Thanks.

Yup.  something like "Ordered track from Menard's - missing items - RESOLVED by customer service" would seem an appropriate modification to the title.

I'll leave that up to the mod's... but given that @Sam Jumper has had similar issues - and it doesn't seem very straightforward to get in contact with their online shipping department, I think it should stay as a warning.

Thanks for editing the thread's title.  Perhaps something similar in your initial post would also be appropriate to be sure the reader knows your issue was resolved.

No need to delete the thread IMO.
