Ordering from Menards

Have you tried using a different browser? We see this at times on other ordering sites.  Edge or chrome might not work but duck-duck-go or Firefox would.  

Try calling your order in.

Perhaps giving them a call would be in order?

I am using duck-duck-go.  I hate telephones.

I sent them a message.  Hopefully they will get back to me and tell me what the problem is.  I have tried so many times that I am about ready to say the heck with it.

Are you in CA?  At one time, Menards wouldn't ship there due to Prop 65 - don't know if that's still the case.

Are you using pop-up or ad blockers? If so, try disabling them (especially pop-up blocker).

Thanks guys.  I am not in California, but I did have a pop-up blocker on.  I shut it off and will give it one more try.

Shut off the ad-blocker and even rebooted my computer.  Still refuses to work.  Oh well, guess I just wasn’t supposed to spend that money today.

Still the case with a few items like Tampa Tower & the parking garage.

I have that same problem. No matter what I try I can't order online. I have to call my nearest Menard's (Williston ND - 600 miles away) and they have normally been good to take my order and ship it. I've found someone on the Menard's FB group that is happy to assist me. He's done it a couple times and works really well. And yes, I do pay him a little extra for his efforts.

I am in CA and had no problem ordering the O Scale Rocket Launching Tower.  They gave me a $10 or $15 gift card that was redeemable in-store only and since there are no Menards out here I offered it up for free on a Forum.  Made someone's day and all it cost me was a postage stamp!

Duck Duck Go does not "play" well with some websites.  Have you tried another browser?

Not sure if this is the problem, but make sure you have selected the option of ship to store or delivery. An earlier version of the app (since updated and improved) made that all-important selection too subtle. The order won’t process without an option selected.

Yes, this is a headache for those of us that live in CA..  Not all buildings, but only the ones that I want to complete my layout..

I have had problems with the site loading -- it just spins and spins but never loads. I have been able to get through on my cell phone but can't browse the site like I want.
