Dang that sounds awesome.  Im in Western Pa.  about 20 miles south of Pittsburgh.  I would like to participate.

Great if you need weeds between the rails cleaned up I can run my weed sprayer which seems to be a crowd please'r and another surprise unit if I can find it in the unpacked moving boxes.  Think we can get Larry to come over and give a talk on trolley poles.

Patrick...while I won't be able to attend, I just want to say that this is exactly what the hobby is about...and even better, to go to this much effort to provide the various layouts and seminars, makes this event even more special.  I know those that attend will have a wonderful time and will make new friends.  And to see your layout will be the highlight...hopefully some day I will get to see it too...

I don't think Patrick would want my three Doberman's there even thought they would have a great time. They are all Therapy dogs and they just love to be with people and make them smile.

Hi Patrick, if I can make it I have a 3 rail engine that I've had for many many years and it's never been out of the box.  I will bring it and I may be able to bring some G scale stuff also.  All will be conventional.

Wow, sounds like a super train fest 2014. Wish I lived closer. I would load a few engines up, call up the fellow Detroit 3 railers and drive on over.

Patrick we all had a great time at the Scale show today. Long day but will do it again.

It was nice to have a van full. We all found something to bring home.

How was the Timonium show?  I was on the fence with going.

Man,...love to comeBUT!    It is 81/2hours each way!

Man, I will miss this by one week.  We're coming out to Western PA for a family event the following weekend!.  How frustrating!    Have a great time.

We will be there to enjoy all of the festivities.  Yes, I can talk about the local NMRA group ("Division 2" as we call it) in which I am quite active and all of the benefits we can offer to the local hi-railers. I will bring information about our upcoming Jamboree as well as information about a 6 month trial membership in the NMRA for just $10.
