Just in case you may think that I have popped my clogs or some such . . .  my energies have been subverted to renovating the kitchen . . .

First, rip out some cupboards and build a pantry.

Good to hear news from Port Elderly Max. I've seen you occasionally reply on some other threads so I thought you were just very busy preparing for a train meet I seem to remember you mentioning.  Pantry looks very nice, now for the new tile work and finishing.  I bet the Missus is ecstatic.

Thanks, Joe.  Yes.  We are hosting the National NMRA Convention here this year.

I have to re-plaster the walls where the old tiles have come off before I can install the bench tops, hob and sink.  Then the range hood, then the splash back.  The doors will all be replaced, (together with the new pantry doors), all with two pack paint and then a hutch has to go on the side where I was standing to take the photos.

Not much if you say it quickly.
