Looking for disassembly / assembly instructions for 682 Steam Turbine. Need to remove front truck in order to insert new spring to keep truck on the track. Thanks everyone.

No real disassembly required. The stud for which the spring is captured around is riveted on so no point in opening things up. Remove the truck pivot/attachment screw and then rotate it about 90 degrees so that it can be liberated from the stud. Now, just like a key on a key ring, you can unwind the spring from the stud, or since it is determined to be bad, cut it away. Install the new spring just like a key on a key ring and warp it around the stud. Reinstall the truck.
