Postwar Celebration series 13150 question

I have the postwar celebration series 13150 with the 773 HUdson with Tmcc. The engine when it starts requires a few turns of the cab1 to get rolling and makes a buzzing sound at startup then goes away once speed increased. I have lubricated the loco so not sure if its normal as pullmor motor or if issue. Thx

My PWC Super Chief (6-31742) double Pullmor does the same thing. I thought that was normal for that type of motor.

Maybe someone with more expertise on this will chime in.

My Century Club 773 does the same thing. Set the Stall so the engine starts moving with just a nudge of the Cab 1 red wheel. It makes a big difference.
