I came across a boxed postwar Lionel with some of the box markings upside down. I looked on EBay, and found one with the markings correct, and several others with the markings upside down.
Anybody ever notice this?
Anybody know how the two trips fit into the box?
The box opens towards the Ballast Tamper, to the lettering on the long side of the box is correct
In this picture, the lettering looks correct, but the box is upside down.
In this picture, one can see that the box opens on the left. If the box was set on its bottom, the lettering on the long side would be upside down.
This picture shows an upside down one a little clearer.
