No, for two reasons:

1) The darned things didn't work very well, and you had to slam into them to get them to "latch". Just as bad, if not worse than the lobster claws!

2) The operating voltage was for TMCC equipped models.

I don't believe Atlas even offers them any longer. Just like the "Adjust-A-Coupler" disaster.
