Alan and Mitch, I appreciate your replies! As for trying to "reset", same issue, it won't go beyond a long horn beep. I would have thought reloading the file would have corrected the issue. As for the battery suggestion? It wouldn't run if the battery had issues........would it? Thanks for the suggestions!!!
You never stated what transformer you are using to run this in conventional. To me that more sounds like the issue. It was NEVER the sound file, never corruption, that was some crazy tail chasing exercise and nothing I would have advised anyone to do.
The real kicker- you have a TIU, but appear to be running this conventionally on another track. The huge risk of conventional is- it's not DCS precision signal and control- it's you send a signal and sequence and hope the engine understands it.

False, it could run but still not run correctly- especially under conventional. But again more info is needed. We don't even have the product number or what version this PCC even is?? Could be a failing PS2 5V board, or just a bad original white battery 20+ years old, or a PS2 3V with an aged battery, or a newer PS3??
