PW Culvert Loader and Modern Culvert Unloader

Folks,

I have a Lionel PW #342 Culvert Loader and I know that the PW #345 Culvert Unloader was meant to connect to it to make for a complete operation.

I was wondering if anyone knew if the modern version of the Unloader (6-37952) will marry up to the old PW Loader.

I was looking to have the complete operation and was hoping to not have to buy both units.
