PW F3 axle bushings

I'm replacing the axle bushings in my '51 PW F3 Santa Fe. Does the Lionel service manual call out a tolerance +/- figure on how far they should protrude? How much "wiggle" room should the wheels have between the housing of the trucks? Rite now theres app. .050" t.i.r. Thanks

Wow. Theres a question on OGR that no one can answer? Im sure theres a "Lionel Dr" here thats done this repair before.
